Mowi Scotland is the leading and largest salmon producer in Scotland and we have been raising farmed salmon in Scotland for over 50 years. We produce around 60,000t per annum employing 1500 in Scotland across our feed, farming, primary and secondary processing and sales divisions. Offering both premium and organic Scottish farmed salmon we have a truly global supply chain delivering anywhere in the world within 72 hours of being harvested in Scotland. The welfare of our fish is at the centre of everything we do and we are proud that all of our farms in Scotland are RSPCA Assured and are farmed responsibly in the pristine, strong tidal waters of the west coast of Scotland.
Loch Duart Ltd is an independent Scottish salmon farm based in North West Scotland. It produces approx 6,000 tonnes of salmon each year, from its farms in Sutherland and the Outer Hebrides employing 160 people in the Western Isles, Sutherland and Ross and Cromarty. Loch Duart processes and packs its salmon at its world class BRC ‘AA’ Grade premises in Dingwall. Loch Duart salmon is supplied to leading hotels, restaurants and retailers at home and across the world.
