The dinners will be prepared by the renowned private chef; Mark Heirs under his Privé brand and will feature a variety of Scottish species including scallops, cod, brown crab and salmon. These will be paired with Arbikie spirits to create cocktails which will complement the dishes and bring out the flavours of the seafood.
